Our Mission

Empowering Called Servants of God

We believe in the divine calling of every individual to serve God and community. Through education, mentorship, and support, we strengthen pastoral ministry across Latin America.

Our Sacred Calling

Purpose

Opening doors for those God is calling

The fundamental purpose of the José Leal Foundation is to open doors for young people who feel God's call to pastoral ministry but lack the resources to pursue formal theological education.

Through scholarships, spiritual guidance, and practical support, we help students overcome economic and educational barriers so they can fulfill their divine calling and become pastors committed to God's work.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to offer scholarships and support to young people who wish to be formed as ministers of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, inspired by the life of José Leal Rojas.

Through the José Leal Foundation we provide the tools and support students need to develop their full potential and respond to the divine call for pastoral ministry. "Educating Pastors with Purpose" means offering not only academic backing, but also spiritual accompaniment—guiding scholarship recipients as they grow into Christian leaders committed to preaching the gospel and serving their communities.

Our Vision

Our vision is to be a platform of inspiration and support for young people who desire to follow God's call to pastoral ministry. We long to see every scholarship recipient become a spiritual leader—a preacher of God's Word and an example of perseverance, just as Pastor José Leal Rojas was throughout his life.

We want students not only to receive strong academic formation, but also to find strength in their faith and commitment, leaving a lasting impact on the church and on society.
